The 2026 Industry Pulse Report provides a first look at how advertisers and publishers are preparing for an era defined by AI, video-first consumer behavior, and a demand for quality.

  • Video and social continue to surge: 88% of media experts cite digital video as a top priority over display and video, and suitability of creators is now essential across both video (87%) and social (82%).
  • AI’s rise brings excitement — and new risks: 61% are eager to embrace AI-driven opportunities, while 53% say adjacency to AI-generated content is a top challenge.
  • Media quality remains fundamental: Viewability (85%), attention (77%), and safety/suitability are critical to performance, especially in social.
